200 quotes in.
200 finished posts out.
None of them look the same.

Quote Image Studio is one HTML file that typesets your quote list into ready-to-post graphics — rotating the palette, layout and type pairing on every single one, so a month of content doesn't look like one template on repeat.

The whole job, start to finish

Four steps between a spreadsheet and a scheduled month.

Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for. Open the file, work, close the tab.

STEP 1

Bring your quotes

Paste them in, or upload an Excel or CSV file with a quote column. Up to 200 at a time. An author column is optional.

STEP 2

Choose backgrounds

Use the 198 built-in backgrounds, drop in up to 200 of your own photos, or mix both. Assign a specific one to any quote.

STEP 3

Generate and review

Every design appears on a contact sheet. Click any one to enlarge it, swap its background, or re-roll just that design.

STEP 4

Download everything

One zip with every image in every size you ticked, plus a scheduler CSV of filenames, dates, times and captions.

Why bother

Batch content usually fails in one of three ways.

It looks templated

One layout, one font, one colour, forty times. Followers scroll past because they've already seen it, and the feed reads as automated.

It takes all weekend

Duplicating a Canva frame, pasting the next line, nudging the text box, exporting, renaming. Two minutes each is nearly seven hours for 200.

It costs every month

Design subscription, AI image credits, scheduler tier. The tools cost more than most quote pages make in their first year.

This solves all three. Variation is automatic, a full run takes one pass, and you pay once.

Every feature, and how you'd use it

Built for people making a lot of posts, not one.

Automatic variation

14 palettes × 8 layouts × 8 type pairings

Each quote is dealt its own combination from a seed, so a run of 200 stays varied without you touching anything. The type auto-fits, so a six-word line and a forty-word line both sit properly in frame.

How: type a word into Shuffle seed and press Generate. Same seed gives the same run every time; Reshuffle deals a new one.
Background library

198 backgrounds built in

50 solids, 50 gradients, 50 decorative patterns, 24 paper and fabric textures, 24 seasonal designs covering Christmas, Valentine's, Easter, summer, Halloween, Thanksgiving and more. Each one carries its own text and accent colours, so contrast is handled for you.

How: browse a category and click a swatch to use it across the whole run, or leave it rotating.
Your own photos

Upload up to 200 backgrounds

Drop a whole folder in. Photos are resized inside your browser and never uploaded anywhere. Dark wash, bottom gradient, palette tint, light wash, softening and duotone give you a consistent look across mismatched stock.

How: drag images onto the photo panel. Each quote takes the next photo and cycles back to the start.
Per-quote control

Pin a specific background to any quote

Batch doesn't mean uniform. Give the Monday quote your beach photo and the Friday one a seasonal pattern, in the middle of a 200-image run.

How: three ways — a background column in your spreadsheet, a third field in the text box, or the dropdown in the enlarged view.
Smart placement

Text lands where the photo is quiet

Each photo is measured before typesetting. The words go over its calmest band and switch between light and dark automatically, so you stop re-rolling frames where the type fell across someone's face.

How: on by default. Turn it off in Photo treatment if you want fixed placement.
Emphasis

Bracket a word, watch it lift

Write you are [enough] and that word renders in the accent colour, optionally italic or underlined. It's the difference between typeset text and a design, and it costs one keystroke.

How: put square brackets round any word. Brackets are stripped from captions and filenames automatically.
Every size at once

Six formats in a single run

Square, portrait, story, Pinterest, landscape and print square. Tick the ones you want and get a folder for each — no re-running the job per platform.

How: tick sizes under Sizes to export. The first one ticked is what the contact sheet shows.
Scheduler CSV

200 images become 200 scheduled posts

Set a start date, a time and the hours between posts. You get a spreadsheet of filenames, dates, times and finished captions with your hashtag block already merged in — ready to import into your scheduling tool.

How: fill in Posting schedule, then Scheduler CSV. The author line drops itself on quotes that don't have one.
Brand kit

Logo, handle, and a preset that remembers

Add your logo in any of six positions with size and opacity control, plus a handle on every image. Save the whole setup to a preset file and next month's batch starts in one click.

How: Save preset writes a small file. Load preset restores every setting and your logo.
Profile grid

See the feed before you post it

A profile view shows the first nine designs as they'll actually sit on your grid, with your handle and logo. Feed cohesion is judged as a grid, and you can't see it one image at a time.

How: press Profile grid on the toolbar. Press it again for the contact sheet.
Editorial finish

The details that read as expensive

Duotone your photos into the design palette, add vignette and film grain, and switch on hanging quotation marks that sit in the margin the way a magazine sets them.

How: the Finishing and Photo treatment panels. Every control updates the whole board live.
Round trips

Edit assignments in Excel

Export a sheet of every quote with the background it was given, change what you like in Excel, upload it back. Useful when you're planning a month against a content calendar.

How: Background sheet exports it, the file upload button reads it back in.

Straight answers

Before you buy.

Do I need an internet connection?

Yes, for the fonts and three small open-source libraries the file loads from public CDNs the first time. Your quotes, photos and finished images are processed entirely in your browser and are never sent anywhere.

Is there a subscription or any credits to buy?

No. One payment, and the file is yours. There's no account, no login, no metered usage, and no AI image generation to pay for — it typesets your words rather than inventing pictures.

Does it write the quotes for me?

No, and that's deliberate. You bring the words; it handles the design. If you want quotes generated, this isn't the tool.

Can I use the images commercially?

Yes — on your own pages, for clients, and in products you sell. What you can't do is resell or give away the app file itself.

Am I allowed to post any quote I like?

That's on you, not the tool. Song lyrics, poetry and modern published quotes are usually still under copyright, and monetised pages are the ones that get reported. Public-domain material and your own original lines are safer, and original lines usually perform better anyway.

Will 200 images crash my browser?

No, but be sensible. Images render one at a time and photos are downsized on load. A 200-quote run across six sizes at PNG is 1,200 renders — start it, leave the tab alone, and use JPEG to keep the zip manageable.

Does it work on a phone or tablet?

The interface adapts and small runs work, but batch rendering is memory-hungry. Use a desktop or laptop for real work.

Can I change the fonts and colours?

You can lock any of the 14 palettes, 8 layouts and 8 type pairings, or let them rotate. It's a single readable HTML file, so if you know a little code you can add your own palette to the list.

Can I try it before I buy?

Yes. The free trial is the complete app — every background, every layout, every control. The only differences are that finished images carry a PixelModeShop watermark and downloading is switched off. Try it on your own quotes and your own photos first, then decide.

What's your refund policy?

All sales are final. That's exactly why the trial exists and why it's the full app rather than a cut-down demo — you can see precisely what you're getting before you pay anything.

No risk

Run the whole thing on your own quotes before you pay.

The trial isn't a stripped-back demo. It's the complete app — all 198 backgrounds, your own photos, every layout, the profile grid, the scheduler settings. Load your real quote list and see your real designs.

Two things are switched off: finished images carry a PixelModeShop watermark, and downloading is disabled. Buy the full version and both restrictions disappear.

Stop making posts one at a time.

Bring your list. Leave with a month of content, sized for every platform and scheduled to the hour.
